YUANFAN RADIATOR Opens New Production Line for High-Performance Intercoolers

YUANFAN RADIATOR has commissioned a new dedicated production line for bar-and-plate aluminum intercoolers at our manufacturing facility, representing a significant investment in expanding our cooling product capabilities.

The new production line features automated brazing furnaces with precision temperature control, CNC tube-forming equipment for consistent internal flow geometry, and automated leak testing systems that verify every unit to helium leak detection standards. This ensures each intercooler leaving our facility meets the highest quality benchmarks.

Bar-and-Plate Technology Advantages

Our new line produces bar-and-plate intercoolers, which offer several advantages over traditional tube-and-fin designs:

• Higher thermal efficiency: The solid bar-and-plate construction provides greater surface area for heat transfer
• Stronger construction: Better resistance to boost pressure spikes and vibration fatigue
• Improved durability: Less prone to fin damage and core deformation under high-pressure conditions
• Consistent flow distribution: Engineered internal passages ensure uniform airflow across the entire core
